Imagine yourself ready to take your 20-minute power nap, you set your alarm for 20 minutes and relax on your chair or bed. However, 12 minutes later you only just fall asleep, Only giving yourself 8 minutes of actual rest. Fret no more; The Nap App is here to help!
Using an ingeniously designed, tried and tested method, The Nap App uses a “dead mans switch” to make sure you get 20 minutes of SLEEP, no matter how long it takes you to fall asleep.
To Use:
-Go to the ‘SET’ tab and set the amount of time you want to nap for.
-Optionally choose a song from your Music library as the alarm sound. If you do not choose a song a default alarm sound will be played.
-Go to the ‘NAP’ tab, now PUSH and HOLD the button.
-Relax while still holding the button in your bed or chair
-When you fall asleep, your hand will automatically relax and you will release the button, which starts the timer alarm.
-Once the timer reaches 0 the alarm will sound and you will awaken refreshed from your nap.
-You can optionally set an absolute time alarm (e.g. 2:30pm) to stop yourself from over-napping.
Features:
-Custom nap time. You set how long your nap goes for.
-You can pick a custom alarm sound of from your Music library.
-You can optionally set an absolute alarm AS WELL as the timer alarm in case you are worried about over-napping. E.g. set you nap time for 20 minutes, but also set your absolute alarm for 2:30 pm.
-Alarm will still go off if app is closed
-Naps improve work performance and state of mind.
